Sundae is operated by Pesto Labs, based in India. Contact us at support@onsundae.com with questions about this website or your information.
This notice covers the marketing pages at onsundae.com and their preview. It does not describe how organizations use the Sundae application to process customer conversations, connected-account records, or AI requests. Those activities need separate service privacy information and contractual terms.
Information handled during your visit
Page requests. Your browser sends network and request information to the service delivering the website, including your IP address, the requested URL, and browser headers. The hosting configuration determines which of these details are retained in access or security logs.
Messages you send us. If you email support@onsundae.com, your email address and the information you choose to include are used to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or customer support records by email unless a suitable channel has been agreed.
Demo booking. The current demo page does not submit a form, book a meeting, or send your information to a scheduling service. We will update this notice when a booking service is connected.
Cookies, preferences, and analytics
The current landing-page code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load Google Analytics. Its images, fonts, scripts, and videos are served with the site instead of loading embedded third-party widgets.
The animation control stores your choice in browser session storage under sundae-motion. This lets the site remember whether you paused animations as you move between pages in the same tab session. It is not an analytics identifier and is not sent by the site’s scripts to a server. You can change it using the animation control in the footer or clear the site’s browser storage.
Planned analytics. We plan to use Google Analytics later. It is not enabled in this version. Before enabling it, we will update this notice to describe the configuration, information collected, retention, provider processing, and applicable consent choices.
Service providers, location, and retention
The preview is delivered through Cloudflare, which is also the intended host for the landing page. Hosting providers receive the request information needed to deliver pages and protect their services. Email correspondence is also processed by the email services used to send and receive it. Provider processing may take place outside India. The final hosting configuration, log-retention settings, and any applicable international-transfer arrangements will be documented before production launch. AWS is planned for the Sundae application; application data handling is outside this website notice.
The animation preference is kept in your browser’s session storage; its lifetime follows the browser’s tab-session behavior. Server and email records are separate from this preference. Enquiry records should be retained only for the time needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations; a fixed retention schedule has not yet been established for this preview.
Your choices and requests
You can use the current website without creating an account or submitting a demo request. You can pause its animations, use your browser’s reduced-motion preference, and clear locally stored preferences.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of personal information. Email support@onsundae.com to ask about information relating to you. We may need enough information to verify and understand the request. The details of rights and response requirements depend on applicable law and the processing involved.
